Susan has been providing therapeutic massage and bodywork for health, relaxation, and overall well-being since 2006. Trained in a variety of modalities, she offers nurturing, individualized treatments that help reduce stress, relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance. Her background includes work in spas, wellness centers, physical therapy clinics, and chiropractic offices. With an integrative approach, she blends clinical skill with intuitive care, built on trust, expertise, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to each client’s well-being. Every session is tailored to create a one-of-a-kind experience that supports both body and mind.
As a lifelong learner, Susan continues to pursue advanced training in massage therapy and holistic health to better serve clients. Her 2026 trainings include NCBTMB-approved 6 CEU course Abdominal Massage and 8 CEU course Hip Check: Addressing the Glutes, Piriformis, and Psoas, provided by Bloom Mountain Aromatics as well as an upcoming 24 CEU course by Upledger Institute International CS1: CranialSacral Therapy 1: Assessment of Central Nervous System and Fascia for Full Body Treatment Protocol held at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY.
Recent personal development experiences include an upcoming five-day (50-hour) Vipassana service period in 2026 and a prior ten-day (100-hour) Vipassana meditation course in 2025 at Dhamma Dhara Meditation Center in Shelburne Falls, MA as well as a thirty-day holistic wellness retreat in 2023 at Zen Den Yoga School in Boca Raton, FL, which incorporated yoga, meditation, nutrition, massage, acupuncture, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Ayurvedic medicine.
Outside her practice, Susan tends to wander the borderlands between movement, creativity, and stillness, usually with a backpack, sketchbook, or snack in hand. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, cycling, dancing, and occasionally testing gravity through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. When not outdoors, she enjoys restoring curious antiques, diving into medical research, or meditating just long enough to start planning her next adventure. She values honesty, curiosity, and quiet connections, and firmly believes that silence can be its own kind of conversation.
